Contents of OBEAT-Based Training Programs
In the course of their training program, Ortho-Bionomy Practitioners complete
- at least 38 instructional units (1 instructional unit = 1 day)
- at least 10 personal-experience treatments with an Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner or Instructor
In addition, they have to supply the following to be admitted to the final exam:
- documented treatment sessions with at least 100 clients
- a treatise on Ortho-Bionomy
- an Instructor’s letter confirming that the trainee fulfills the admittance requirements for the exam
These minimum requirements for the standardized European training program according to the guidelines of the Ortho-Bionomy® European Association of Teachers (OBEAT) are extended by additional instructional units and examination requirements for the German training program. For example, the Practitioner training in Germany involves at least two treatment sessions with an Ortho-Bionomy Instructor, followed by detailed supervision.
Upon successful completion of the training program (which ends with a comprehensive practical and theoretical examination by at least two Instructors), the Practitioner receives an Ortho-Bionomy certificate which also entitles him or her to use the trademarked term “Ortho-Bionomy”.
